patients, who is caring for your employees?" At St. Joseph's, we
are proud to offer an Employee Health Program that includes an
on-site, full-service Employee Health Department. There, our
employees have access to healthcare providers that are
specifically trained to treat healthcare professionals for both
work and non-work related injuries and illnesses. Our Employee

programs, free flu shots for employees and their family members,
and on-site Weight Watchers, smoking cessation, child birth,

Spirit:
As part of our Mission,
Vision and Values, St. Joseph's Hospital embraces the spiritual
dimension of life and is committed to providing Spiritual Care
Services to patients, families, and most importantly, our
employees. St. Joseph's promotes spirituality in the lives of
its employees and in the work(s) of the organization. Our
facility has a chapel and other designated space available where
patients, visitors and employees may go for reflection, prayer
and/or worship. Our Chapel also holds daily Catholic Mass
services that our employees are welcome to attend. We have also
cultivated an outside "Healing Garden" environment to help break
down the "barriers" our patients, visitors and employees
sometimes face during the day. We mark special occasions and
recognize heritage days with prayer and rituals that affirm the
spiritual dimension of our organization and our mission. We
begin each gathering and meeting with a prayer or inspirational
reflection and we encourage all managers and employees to
participate in education opportunities that explore ways to
integrate spirituality into the work environment.
Cool Perks:
One of the best work-life
benefits we provide to all St. Joseph's employees is an on-site

The Concierge services range from planning vacations and
birthday parties to ordering flowers, from scheduling on-site
car detailing and oil changes to assisting with concert tickets
and tuxedo reservations. You name it, the Concierge is there!
Did you know that the St. Joseph's cafeteria is known to have
the best hospital food in The Valley? In fact, we have started
Catering by St. Joseph's, providing catering services around The
Valley for weddings, parties, etc. Where else can you focus on
your work while a Concierge plans your wedding and Catering by

pride in our ability to make everlasting memories, whether it’s
for our patients or our team members.
St. Joseph's is a place where you can work alongside individuals
